🏢 A modern logistics center for the distribution of clothing and accessories invites men, women, and couples to apply for a position as a clothing and accessories packer.
📜 Official employment under an Umowa o Prace contract, which is governed by Polish labor law and provides for:
✅ Full social security, including health and pension insurance (ZUS);
✅ Paid annual leave (26 days per year) and sick leave (L4);
✅ All taxes and contributions paid by the employer;
✅ Timely payment of wages twice a month (advance + main part);
✅ Possibility of receiving bonuses and contract extension;
✅ Paid overtime, holidays, and weekend hours.
💶 Salary:
🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
- Monthly rate for 160 hours: PLN 7,000/month (EUR 1,660);
- +50% to the rate for overtime hours;
- +100% to the rate for shifts on weekends and public holidays;
- Monthly salary (160-200 hours): PLN 7,000-9,625/month (EUR 1,660-2,282).
🟢 2. After taxes (net):
- Monthly rate for 160 hours: PLN 5,250/month (EUR 1,245);
- +50% to the rate for overtime hours;
- +100% to the rate for shifts on weekends and public holidays;
- Monthly salary (160 – 200 hours): PLN 5,250 – PLN 7,219/month (EUR 1,245 – EUR 1,711).
🗓 Work schedule:
- 5 days a week, 8 hours a day in 2 shifts;
- First shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
- Second shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
- Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
- Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
- Monthly workload: 160-200 hours per month.
📋 Responsibilities:
- Packing and sorting clothes and accessories;
- Checking the quality and integrity of products;
- Labeling, marking, and completing orders;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
🏠 Accommodation:
- Free (only utilities are paid: 200–400 zł/month);
- Rooms: 2 people per room / couples — together;
- Conditions: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
- Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
- Shops and pharmacies nearby, walk or take the company bus to work.
