🏢 A modern warehouse for packaging and distributing tea products is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a tea packer position. Work in a stable company with the possibility of extra work, attendance bonuses, and productivity bonuses.
📜 Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:

💶 Salary:
🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 36.70 zł/hour (8.70 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 400 to 1,000 PLN/month (95–237 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7,740–9,808 PLN/month (1,835–2,325 €/month)
🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 31.20/hour (€7.40/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: PLN 340 to PLN 850/month (€80 to €202/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 6,579–8,337/month (€1,560–1,977/month)

💸 Bonuses and allowances (net): PLN 400 to PLN 1,000/month (€95 to €237/month)
💰 Monthly salary (net): PLN 7,740 – 9,808/month (€1,835 – 2,325/month)
🗓 Work schedule:
- 5–6 days a week, 8–12 hours in 2 shifts;
- First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
- Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
- Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
- Overtime is possible by prior agreement;
- Monthly workload: 200–240 hours per month.
📋 Responsibilities:
- Packaging tea products (bagged and loose tea);
- Sorting, labeling, and marking packages;
- Quality control and integrity of packaging;
- Compliance with sanitary standards and order in the workplace.
🏠 Accommodation:
- Free (only utilities are paid: 200–400 zł/month);
- Rooms for 2 people / couples are placed together;
- Amenities: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
- Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
