Chip packer for a warehouse in Szczecin (Poland)

🏢 A modern logistics center for the distribution of food products is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a position as a packer. Work in a clean and warm warehouse with the possibility of extra work and monthly bonuses.

📜 Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Polish law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Possibility of bonuses and contract extension.

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 36.50 zł/hour (8.65 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 400 to 800 PLN/month (95 – 190 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7,800 – 9,560 PLN/month (1,850 – 2,266 €/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 31.03/hour (€7.36/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: PLN 340 to PLN 680/month (€81 to €161/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 6,630 – 8,126/month (€1,572 – €1,927/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (tax benefits):
💶 Hourly rate (net): PLN 36.50/hour (€8.65/hour)
💸 Bonuses and allowances (net): PLN 400–800/month (€95–190/month)
💰 Monthly salary (net): PLN 7,800 – 9,560/month (€1,850 – 2,266/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly workload: 200-240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing chips into bags and boxes;
• Checking product quality (absence of defects);
• Compliance with packaging and labeling standards;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 200–400 zł/month);
• Rooms: 2 people/couples together;
• Conditions: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops and pharmacies nearby, walk or take the company bus to work.
