Packager for an online store warehouse in Łódź (Poland)

🏢 A modern logistics center for distributing orders from an online store is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a packing job. Work in a clean and warm warehouse with the possibility of extra work and monthly bonuses.

📜 Official employment under an Umowa o Prace contract, which is governed by Polish labor law and provides for:
✅ Full social security, including health and pension insurance (ZUS);
✅ Paid annual leave (26 days per year) and sick leave (L4);
✅ All taxes and contributions are paid by the employer;
✅ Timely payment of wages twice a month (advance + main part);
✅ Possibility of receiving bonuses and contract extension;
✅ Paid overtime, holidays, and weekend hours.

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):

• Monthly rate for 160 hours: PLN 6,750/month (EUR 1,600);
• +50% to the rate for overtime hours;
• +100% to the rate for shifts on weekends and holidays;
• Bonuses and premiums: PLN 500/month (EUR 119);
• Monthly salary (160-200 hours): PLN 7,250-9,831/month (EUR 1,719-2,331).

🟢 2. After taxes (net):

• Monthly rate for 160 hours: PLN 5,063/month (EUR 1,200);
• +50% to the rate for overtime hours;
• +100% to the rate for shifts on weekends and public holidays;
• Bonuses and premiums: PLN 375/month (EUR 90);
• Monthly salary (160 – 200 hours): PLN 5,438 – 7,373/month (EUR 1,290 – 1,748)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 hours per day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160 – 200 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging various goods (electronics, books, clothing, household goods, etc.);
• Checking goods for damage and compliance with the order;
• Sorting by category and delivery address;
• Marking, labeling, preparing for shipment;
• Compliance with safety and quality standards;
• Working in a dry, clean, and controlled warehouse.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 200–400 PLN/month);
• Rooms: 2 people/couples together;
• Conditions: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops and pharmacies nearby, walk or take the company bus to work.
