📜 Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:

💶 Salary:
🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.50 zł/hour (8.90 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 500 to 1,000 PLN/month (from 118 to 237 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7,250 – 9,250 PLN/month (1,719 – 2,193 €/month)
🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 31.88/hour (€7.56/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: PLN 425 to PLN 850/month (€100 to €200/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 6,188–7,864/month (€1,467–1,864/month)
🟢 3. For students under 26 (tax benefits):

💸 Bonuses and premiums (net): PLN 500 to 1,000/month (€118 to €237/month)
💰 Monthly salary (net): PLN 7,250–9,250/month (€1,719–2,193/month)
🗓 Work schedule:
- 5 days a week, 8–12 hours in 2 shifts;
- First shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
- Second shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
- Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
- Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
- Monthly workload: 180-220 hours per month.
📋 Responsibilities:
- Packaging and sorting branded clothing (T-shirts, shirts, jeans, jackets, accessories);
- Checking product quality and packaging integrity;
- Labeling, marking, and completing orders;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
🏠 Accommodation:
- Free (only utilities are paid: 220–420 zł/month);
- Rooms: 2 people/couples — together;
- Conditions: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
- Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
