📜 Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:

💶 Salary:
🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 36.50 zł/hour (8.65 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 450 to 900 PLN/month (from 107 to 214 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7,750 – 9,660 PLN/month (1,837 – 2,290 €/month)
🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 31.03/hour (€7.36/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: PLN 383 to PLN 765/month (€91 to €182/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 6,588 – 8,211/month (€1,562 – 1,947/month)

🗓 Work schedule:
- 5-6 days a week, 8-12 hours in 2 shifts;
- First shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
- Second shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
- Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
- Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
- Monthly workload: 200-240 hours per month.
📋 Responsibilities:
- Packaging and sorting deodorants (roll-on, aerosol, and solid formats);
- Checking the tightness of packaging and the integrity of products;
- Labeling, marking, and completing orders;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
🏠 Accommodation:
- Free (only utilities are paid: 200–400 zł/month);
- Rooms: 2 people per room / couples — together;
- Conditions: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
- Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
- Shops and pharmacies nearby, walk or take the company bus to work.
