📜 Official employment under a Pracovní smlouva (HPP) contract, which is regulated by Czech labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Czech law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Increased pay for overtime, night shifts, holidays, and vacation.

💶 Salary:

🔴 Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: CZK 262/hour (EUR 11.00/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: CZK 3,625 – 5,000/month (EUR 149 – 205/month);
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 52,188 – 60,125/month (EUR 2,143 – 2,469/month).

🟢 After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: 210 CZK/hour (8.60 EUR/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: 2900 – 4000 CZK/month (120 – 165 EUR/month);
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): 41,750 – 48,100 CZK/month (1700 – 1970 EUR/month).

📈 Additional payments in accordance with the Czech Labor Code:

• Overtime hours: +25% to the base rate;
• Overtime shifts (on weekends/holidays): +100% (double pay);
• Vacation and sick leave are paid according to the established rules of the employment contract.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8–10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime — by agreement;
• Average working hours: 180–200 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing and sorting goods for shipment to customers;
• Checking the quality and integrity of packaging;
• Labeling, marking, and completing orders;
• Preparing batches for shipment;
• Maintaining order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free accommodation (utility costs: 1300–1700 CZK/month deducted from salary);
• Accommodation in rooms for 2 people / couples are placed together;
